Lost your key?

Enter the address you bought with and we will send a new key to it.

This replaces your key, it does not resend it. Your key is stored as a hash, so there is no copy for us to read back. Asking for a new one means the old key stops working, and any Mac already activated moves to the new key.

Before you use this

Search your inbox for “Bunso” first. If the original email is still there, paste that key instead — it saves you invalidating a key that works. Requests here are limited to a few a day.

Where the key goes

Open Bunso, go to Settings → License, and paste the whole line. You do this once per Mac; after that Bunso verifies the license on your Mac, offline, and never contacts the server again.
